Whether for substrate heating or degassing, these heaters perform beautifully. Each heater contains six 1000 watt quartz heat lamps, which are covered by a high temperature vicor shield. The heaters are also available with a heat shield and stand as options. Reflector can be made from nickel or tantalum, depending on the applications

The QH-4000 heater unit is nearly identical to the 6000 series, but slightly narrower and missing two lamps. It is perfect for applications requiring slightly less heat than the QH-6000 units, or in systems where space is at a premium

QH-3000

This lamp uses six 500 watt lamps, which are half the length of the 1000 watt type. It is suitable for smaller systems requiring less power, or where the wider 4000 and 6000 series heaters will not fit.
